VOICEOVER
As we try to reach synergy with nature by adding a house plant to our home or by streaming a fireplace on our television we are unaware of that we have become disconnected. We have grown apart. We are out of context.
What do we gain from this complex relationship? And what do we miss?
When we strip elements of their context, we can see them in a new light. How do we interact with a rock? What does a stick feel like? Is everything connected or can you pick and choose?
As long as a thing - human or non-human, has an effect on another thing, it participates in the relationship we call Interplay.
Are we automatically selective? Have our sense connection become altered? Where will this adaptable perception take us?
Do the flowers in your home smell more than just flowers? Do you also smell dust and electronics?
